Try it: label the letter

Drag each term onto the right number. The letters are new, so you’ll have to look closely.

These letters are different from the ones on the last two pages, so you’ll need to recognize each part, not just remember where it was. Drag a term from the list to the matching number, then select Check answers. Wrong answers turn red so you can try again.

Round 1: guidelines

Uppercase B and lowercase k, y and a with five guidelines, numbered 1 to 5 from top to bottom. 1 2 3 4 5

Round 2: strokes

Uppercase W, E and R and lowercase f, m, e and l with eight numbered markers. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8

Drag each term to its number. No mouse? Select a term, then select a number.

Round 3: shapes and endings

Uppercase T and lowercase b, j and c with eight numbered markers. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8

Stuck?

Look back at Where do letters sit? and What are the parts of a letter? Rounds 2 and 3 each include one extra term that doesn’t belong.
